Shipping
There is a delivery charge. The amount depends on the type of order placed. All shipping costs are in Canadian Dollars. Orders are shipped Canada Post, Express Post.

Residents of Toronto and the GTA have the option of picking up their orders at one of 2 locations in Toronto. A $3.00 pick up fee will be charged to your order.

If you live in Ontario, please allow 3 business days from the date your order is shipped for delivery. The cost of delivery for only OTC items up to 1kg is $10.00 and over 1kg is $15.00. The cost of delivery for prescription (with or without OTC) items up to 1kg is $12.50 and over 1kg is $17.50.

If you live outside of Ontario, please allow 5 business days from the date your order is shipped for delivery. The cost of delivery for only OTC items up to 1kg is $15.00 and over 1kg is $20.00. The cost of delivery for prescription (with or without OTC) items up to 1kg is $17.50 and over 1kg is $22.50.

Packages requiring special handling (e.g. caninsulin) and packages that weigh more than 1 kg. will be quoted at the time the order is placed.

These costs include insurance for the first $100.00 of the order (excluding shipping costs). Please add $1.20 for each additional $100.00 of medications ordered. Prescription items require a signature upon delivery.
