How do I order?

• You can call your order in to us at 1-866-857-5657 or 416-465-6063, or you can fax it to us at 1-866-857-5658 or 416-465-8730, or you can e-mail it to us at petpharm@primus.ca. Although the order form is not required, we prefer to have it as a record of the order. Click on the link to get the Order Form.
  
  Please Note: For Ontario residents only, if any of the medications you wish to order require a prescription, we will need an original prescription with your order. If you are unable to provide the prescription, ask your vet to call us or we will call your vet for approval. Please refer to our price list to determine if the medication requires a prescription.

• Prescription medications can only be shipped within the province of Ontario. By law we are not allowed to ship prescription products to other provinces. OTC products can be shipped to other provinces.
• We will deliver the order right to your door via Canada Post, Express Post delivery.
• If you live in Ontario, please allow 3 business days from the date your order is shipped for delivery. The cost of delivery for packages up to 1kg is $8.50.
• If you live outside of Ontario, please allow 7 business days from the date your order is shipped for delivery. The cost of delivery for packages up to 1kg is $14.50.
• A dispensing fee of $9.99 is applied to each item ordered (regardless of quantity) that requires a prescription.
• Please renew orders annually or when all refills have been filled. Prescriptions are valid for only 1 year from date of issue.
• G.S.T. is applied to all Canadian orders ( 6% ).
