Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled any time up until the order is shipped without penalty.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or returned.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE

The only exceptions are:

• If we had made an error, then we will accept the return and reship the replacement at no extra charge.
• If there is a product recall, we will contact you to provide you with the return procedure.

In the event a return is allowed, prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be given by us before the product can be returned, under the following conditions:

• There is a restocking charge of 15%;
• There is no refund for the dispensing fee or for the cost of delivery;
• The customer returns the drugs at his/her expense;
• Only unopened containers of drugs can be returned. A credit will be issued to the customer upon our receipt of the unopened drugs.
